ElyonJets operates as an intermediary between clients and licensed private aviation operators. We do not own, operate, or maintain any aircraft.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using elyonjets.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply to all visitors, enquiry submissions, and users of any service offered through the site.

3. Services Provided

ElyonJets provides:

  • Access to live empty leg flight availability sourced through Villiers Jets (villiers.ai)
  • Private jet charter enquiry and brokerage services via our Concierge service
  • General private aviation information and guidance

All flight bookings are fulfilled by licensed third-party operators through Villiers Jets. ElyonJets acts as an introducer only. The contract for carriage is between the client and the operating carrier.

4. No Warranty on Flight Availability

Empty leg availability changes in real time and without notice. ElyonJets makes no guarantee that any flight displayed on this website will be available at the time of enquiry or booking. Prices shown are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed by the operator at time of booking.

5. Enquiries and Concierge Submissions

When you submit an enquiry via the Concierge form you are requesting that ElyonJets source a suitable aircraft on your behalf. Submission of a form does not constitute a booking or a binding agreement. A booking is only confirmed when a written confirmation is issued by the operator and full payment is received.

ElyonJets will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within one hour during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm UAE time). Response times outside these hours may vary.

6. Third Party Links and Services

This website contains links to Villiers Jets (villiers.ai). When you click a flight link or booking button you are directed to Villiers’ platform. From that point Villiers’ own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. ElyonJets accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ElyonJets shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of this website
  • Any interruption, error, or unavailability of the website or its content
  • Any loss arising from a flight cancellation, delay, or change made by an operator
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind

ElyonJets’ total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the commission received by ElyonJets in connection with the relevant booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on elyonjets.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, and copy — is the property of ElyonJets and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to These Terms

ElyonJets reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
